Dear
Ms. Wiggins:
I am
currently the American Independent Party Candidate
running for the position of US Senator from the
State of California. I do
not believe that Barry Soetoro a.k.a. Barack
Hussein Obama is a citizen of the
United
States. I
especially do not believe that Barry Soetoro is a
Natural
Born Citizen. His father was NOT a U.S.
Citizen. If this is so, Mr. Soetoro CANNOT BE THE
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. Therefore, my run
for US Senate 2010 is in
peril.
Your
webpage claims that Mr. Soetoro was REQUIRED to
provide a birth certificate to get a Social
Security Number. These are your
instructions on the Social Security Administration

Original
Social Security Card
To
apply for an original card, you must provide at
least two
documents to prove
age, identity, and U.S.
citizenship or current lawful,
work-authorized immigration status. If you are not
a U.S.
citizen and do not have DHS work authorization,
you must prove that you have a valid non-work
reason for requesting a card.
1. I
am in receipt of copies of reports and affidavits,
provided by licensed investigators Mr. Neil Sankey
and Ms. Susan Daniels submitted to you by an
Attorney named Dr. Orly Taitz. They report that
Mr. Soetoro has used multiple social security
numbers, which indicates social security fraud and
identity theft. I was amazed the Social Security
Administration refused to accept their reports.
Apparently the Social Security Administration
feels that Mr. Soetoro has a right to perform his
deception with privacy?
No!
Mr. Soetoro does not have an expectation of
privacy and right to privacy, when he uses the
identity of others. Moreover, such individual is
subject to criminal prosecution for such crimes.
If you, as a Social Security officer, upon
receiving such information, refuse to act and
prosecute, you become complicit and subject to
criminal liability for aiding and abetting of
felonies, subornation of felonies and under RICO.
All State and Federal Officers are likewise
required to act on such information when
reported.
I
also am demanding any Social security number
records that you might have for Mr. Soetoro a.k.a.
Mr. Obama. I understand that ALL numbers he may be
using have been fraudulently documented according
to affidavits of Mr. Sankey, Ms. Daniels and
former immigration officer, private investigator
Mr. Sampson. They report that one of the many
Social Security numbers Mr. Soetoro is currently
using, was assigned between 1976-1977 in CT to a
person born in 1890. Please send to me the Social
Security Administration’s authorization which
allowed these two people to use the same Social
Security number.

Mr. Soetoro is a citizen of Indonesia.
His American citizenship was given up when his
mother, Stanley Ann Dunham renounced her
citizenship, and surrendered her passport to gain
the citizenship of her and her son’s new country.
Mr. Soetoro returned a few years later to the
United
States and never
legally regained his citizenship. Please send the
documentation where the Social Security
Administration authorized an Indonesian citizen to
obtain a US Social Security
number.

If you can prove that Mr. Soetoro WAS NOT an
Indonesian citizen and he regained his US
Citizenship after 1965 please provide his
documentation of his citizenship that he submitted
to you stating he was a legal citizen of the
United
States. Else
provide his documentation that he was in the
US on a
foreign work permit or foreign student
permit.
4.
Please provide any documentation of Social
Security payments he made during the years 1965 to
1995. Be sure to provide records for both aliases
he used, Barry Soetoro and/or Barack Hussein
Obama.
5.
If you cannot provide documentation that Mr.
Soetoro is a citizen of the United States, then
we have no President of the United
States. If so,
Congress cannot appropriate tax money for any
reason or for any agency or administration. Hence,
the Social Security Administration cannot be
funded. Appropriation bills must be signed by a
Constitutional President of the
United
States as per the
US Constitution. Thus, your organization is
illegal and currently unconstitutional until you
provide the proper documentation of proof of his
US Citizenship.
6.
In addition, this means our Constitution is dead.
We have no legitimate President nor do we have a
Congress that can get any legislation passed
(because of there can be no authorized signature
of a sitting president). Until proof is given, the
upcoming elections are null and void. It would
seem that I am running for a Federal office that
is no longer valid and
official.
7.
Wherefore, due to the above mentioned I demand
disclosure of requested information, specifically
original applications for ALL Social Security
numbers, and explanations of the use of other
multiple Social Security numbers by Mr.
Soetoro/Obama. If you refuse to grant this demand,
I further demand an administrative hearing within
30 days.
