Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.

RESOLUTION

Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.

Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen' of the United States;

Whereas the term `natural born Citizen', as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;

Whereas there is no evidence of the intention of the Framers or any Congress to limit the constitutional rights of children born to Americans serving in the military nor to prevent those children from serving as their country's President;

Whereas such limitations would be inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the `natural born Citizen' clause of the Constitution of the United States, as evidenced by the First Congress's own statute defining the term `natural born Citizen';

Whereas the well-being of all citizens of the United States is preserved and enhanced by the men and women who are assigned to serve our country outside of our national borders;

Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President; and

Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Which of the four sponsors of this bill was a so-called “Constitutional Lawyer?” Was is Mrs. MCCASKILL, Mr. LEAHY, Mr. OBAMA, Mr. COBURN, Mrs. CLINTON, or Mr. WEBB? You are right! It is/was Obama that always claims to be the “CONSTITUTIONAL LAW EXPERT.”

And here it clearly shows that OBAMA  states that the term “natural born Citizen”, as it appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States. ”

But yet he points to the 1790 NATURALIZATION ACT of the first Congress of the USA, (which is our guiding light on the matter.) Then the 1795 ACT corrected the error of the 1790 ACT to reflect that NATURAL BORN must BORN IN THE UNITED STATES/Territories and not anywhere else in the world, or it would violate the US Constitution. George Washington was reminded by Supreme Court Justice John Jay of this and Washington urged Congress change the Naturalization Act.

Obama clearly understands that a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is "one born of US CITIZENS." He even states so in his Senate Resolution (above) where in his own words defines NATURAL BORN CITIZENS as: “children born to Americans.” Not once, but TWICE! Soetoro states: “Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936.”

Please note that Soetoro used the PLURAL and not the singular for CITIZENS (meaning BOTH parents must be American Citizens.”

Yes, perhaps Stanley Ann Dunham was an AMERICAN, but Barack Hussein Obama SENIOR WAS NOT AN AMERICAN CITIZEN. He was clearly and without refute a KENYAN NATIONAL a.k.a. British subject. So when I see Soetoro stand and smirk at his joke last month about questions of his “CITIZENSHIP” I know he is a lying, treacherous, enemy of our United States Constitution. Soetoro manipulated the entire US Senate into declaring that John McCain a Natural Born Citizen (when he was not) and Soetoro personally falsified McCain’s birth data to state that McCain: born to American citizens on an American military base.  McCain’s birth certificate clearly shows he was born in Colon, Panama and not on a non-existent Military Hospital. (There was no Military Hospital in Panama at the time McCain was born.) Please click on this link and see JOHN MCCAIN'S birth certificate. You will quickly see it is not a "military form" from a military hospital, but it is all in Spanish (Panama) and is signed by the Comisión del Canal de Panamá en Altos de Balboa, Republica de Panamá. John McCain is a citizen of Panama...and not a US Citizen!

So either Soetoro was an incompetent attorney/US Senator (as were everyone else in the US Senate) and no one checked McCain’s birth certificate or else, the US Senate is the most corrupt organization in the United States. (I think it is BOTH!). But regardless, Senate Resolution 511 (April 2008) clearly defines NATURAL BORN CITIZEN as “a child born of two US Citizens.” And there can be no denial that Soetoro states this in his Senate Resolution.

I thought I could not be shocked any more concerning the deceptions of Soetoro, but I confess that Pastor Manning’s YouTubes reveal a story that is beyond imagination.

The new charge is that the CIA recruited Soetoro out of Occidental College as a Muslim student and a FOREIGN STUDENT. Soetoro was trained in Pakistan as worked with training the Al Queda/Taliban. After his stint with the CIA, Soetoro had the CIA buy him a diploma from Columbia University… You can hear it from Pastor Manning by clicking on the two links above.

Soetoro is an evil man and he has "used" the American People and has expertly deceived everyone as well. The entire 2008 Senate is evil as well. They all voted on the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN matter and now they plead dumb...well, they are dumb...but very corrupt as well.
