Senator Barbara Boxer's Voting
Record...
Edward C.
Noonan
Dear American
Independent Party Voters:
Many of you know I am running for U.S.
Senate (2010) for the American Independent Party.
The Democrat/Socialist who currently is
the incumbent of this office is U. S. Senator
Barbara Boxer. It is my opinion she has a dismal
voting record. I say dismal, because every
votes she casts, normally trashes the U. S.
Constitution.
I
ask you to review some of the votes she has cast
in her tenure as Senator and decide for yourself
which pieces of legislation is CONSTITUTIONAL and
authorized by our founding document.
Please ponder these
following issues that Senator Boxer
voted on. Where did she (and the rest of the
Senate) get the authority from the Constitution to
even consider passing such laws? For
instance, is the Senate authorized to "demand
background checks at gun shows?" No, they are
not! The Constitution gives the US Senate no such
authority! Or, which of the following unsound
and unconstitutional votes do you give PRAISE to
Senator Boxer for voting
on?

Lastly...
Senator Boxer claims Barack Obama is a
NATURAL BORN CITIZEN!
Not
a single other Republican or Democrat candidate
has a clue what NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is, let alone
VOTE TO VALIDATE OBAMA ON THIS MATTER. To my
knowledge, I will be the only US Senate candidate
on the California Primary ballot that has
consistantly stated in public that OBAMA IS NOT A
NATURAL BORN CITIZEN AND IS NOT QUALIFIED TO BE
PRESIDENT AND THEREFORE IS NOT THE PRESIDENT OF
THE UNITED STATES.
Chuck DeVore, the leading Republican
candidate for US Senate (from California) claims
Obama is "constitutionally" qualified to be
president... you can read his campaign
statement here.
Apparently DeVore does not know our country
has defined what a Natural Born Citizen is since
1790 (220 years ago). If he thinks a child born of
a foreign national (like Obama is) can be a
Natural Born Citizen, then DeVore can
not live up his oath to defend every word in the
Constitution (just like Senator Boxer fails to do
as well.)
I
am the only candidate for the US Senate that
demands that Obama be removed because #1) he is
not a Natural Born Citizen and #2) Obama is not a
citizen of the United States...he is an illegal
alien and has never legally changed his
citizenship from Indoneasian back to
American.
Should we elect Senator Boxer for
another 6 years? HELL
NO!
