Director:
You denial has
been totally unacceptable. I am requesting a
review so please consider this letter as my
official request for an
appeal.
You have denied my
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST stating that
I had requested “confidential and private
information” and therefore you could not comply
and send me the records that I demanded
concerning proof of citizenship for Barry Soetoro
a.k.a. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA.
My claim started out
with a quote from your website on how to obtain a
Social Security Card:
Original Social
Security Card
To apply for an
original card, you must provide at least two
documents to prove age, identity, and
U.S.
citizenship or current lawful, work-authorized
immigration status. If you are not a
U.S.
citizen and do not have DHS work authorization,
you must prove that you have a valid non-work
reason for requesting a
card.

Gibbs has already released the above
information and it is now PUBLIC DOMAIN. You would
merely be verifying the information that has
already been distributed by Mr. Soetoro’s press
agent. Mr.
Gibbs is quoted on at least the two

Mr. Gibbs said in
this Worldwide press conference the
following:
“…a year and a
half ago, I asked that the birth certificate be
put on the internet because, lord knows, if you’ve
got a birth certificate and we put it on the
internet, what else could be the
story?”
Gibbs said he didn’t
like to discuss “the made up,
fictional nonsense of whether or not the President
was born in this country.”
This is the internet
birth certificate image that is “on the
internet”:
In my FOIA request I stated that I did not
believe Mr. Soetoro was a citizen of the
United
States. There is
an old school document on the internet
showing Mr. Soetoro to be “a citizen of
Indonesia.”
However, there is no proof that he re-applied for
citizenship in America.
So I demanded your proof that “he was indeed an
American citizen” and when did he first apply for
the any of the many SS numbers he is currently
using?
The internet shows that Mr. Soetoro mainly
uses the SS number 042-68-4425
(GOOGLE this number). Because of the many Social
Security crimes that he has committed, his SS
number has become public domain. There can be no
privacy violations if it is already on the
internet!
Your denial of my FOIA
request for documents that Mr. Soetoro (aka Barack
Hussein Obama) may have submitted to the SS
Administration (under either name) has no merits.
Mr. Soetoro should not expect privacy pertaining
information already on the World Wide Web (www).
Therefore, 5 U.S.C. § 552 (b) (6) does
not apply to this FOIA
request.
