Under the direction of the Commander-In_Thief, Barry Soetoro, the Constitution takes a daily beating. Last week it was when the illegal-alien-Soetoro unconstitutionally became the Chairman of the UN Security Council. That was in direct violation of Section 9 of the US Constitution: "No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State."

Such chairmanships are to be filled with "Ambassadors" and NOT with Presidents and any person holding elected or appointed office.

Nonetheless, the rotating chairmanship of the UN Security Council goes to the U.S. this month. The normal course of business would have U.S. Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice take the gavel. However, this time was to be different. Constitution be damned, Barack Hussein Obama decided to put HIMSELF in the drivers seat, and presided over global nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament talks slated that began September 24th.

I note with amusement that this is possibly the only office that Soetoro seems to be qualified for...He does not qualify for the office of President, nor did he qualify for the office of State Senator, or US Senator (one MUST be a US Citizen). Being a US Citizen is not needed to be an "Ambassador of the UN."

1:  The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

The US Constitution demands that all states shall be treated equal:

Article 1, Section 9: `No preference shall be given by any regulation of commerce or revenue to the ports of one State over those of another’.

 And “Article 4, Section 4 states: `The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican form of Government’. 

(This means backroom deals are not approved)

Also under our US code Title 18 210 - Titled Bribery of Public Officials and Witnesses: Section B reads, `Whoever directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official (officials is defined as a member of Congress, Delegate or Resident Commissioner) or any person who has been selected to be a public official, or offers or priorises any public official or any person who has been selected to be a public official to give anything of value to any person or entity with intent

(a) to influence any official act; or

(b) to influence such public official or person who has been selected to be a public official to commit or aid in committing, or colluding, or ally any fraud or make opportunity for the commission of any fraud on the United States.”

Definition: DUTY [1913 Webster]   7. (Com.) Tax, toll, impost, or customs; excise; any sum of money required by government to be paid on the importation, exportation, or consumption of goods.

Not only does bribery seem to be UNCONSTITUTIONAL, but it also is UN-Jewish, and UNCHRISTIAN...the Old Testament says:

"None to be taken; "for the gift maketh open eyes blind, and" "perverteth the cause of the righteous" (Ex. 23:8, literally" rendered).

How does Reids bribe to Nelson PERVERT the "cause of the righteous?"

For one, it will repeal the Hyde amendment. (No public funding for abortion.)

And secondly, the new marxist SOETOROCARE will do away with Conscience clause: forcing people who do not believe in abortion to perform abortions or in anyway assist with the practice of abortions.

I just read another email that I'd like to bring to your attention. It refers to State Constitutional Amendments in 2010 that would effectively ban national health care in their states. At least 13 states are considering legislation to effectively nullify any future national health care plan.
