Dear Yuba County American Independent Party members:

Jackie;

I have heard "rumors" of the possible take over of our nation since at least 2005. There were threats about that time of the CFR promising us to do away with our Constitution and form a European type Union here in North America called the NORTH AMERICAN UNION The CFR promised the dollars was DEAD and would soon be replaced by a currency called the AMERO. I have been involved in NAU resistence since 2005 & 2006.

The FED almost monthly (if not weekly) keep claiming our dollar is bankrupt and want to go to a global currency. They say they have run our dollar into the ground and want to dump the worthless dollar and begin to print a new global currency out of thin air and get a new start with new GLOBAL ponzi-fiat money.

So now is California broke and is California bankrupt? YES!

History is about to repeat in California as the “state’s cash flood may be receding”:

“It’s familiar: A handful of Californians make a killing on investments, and their tax payments send state revenues soaring. Lawmakers go on a spending spree, without a plan for paying the bills when fortunes turn.

“That was the late 1990s, when the dot-com boom made the state flush, but the gains proved fleeting, and California came perilously close to running out of cash.

It sure seems like California is insolvent. Just today we heard that Arnold Schwarzenegger contacted Hank Paulson to let him know that the State is having liquidity problems (see pdf) and needs help. California ranks as the world’s 9th largest economy with a population of over 30 million people, so this is quite worrying.

The state had an economy that was going gangbusters during the boom. That certainly aided U.S. GDP growth a few years back. Now, house prices are way down in California — San Diego down 31%, San Francisco down 28%, Los Angeles down 30%. And so goes housing, so goes California. The economy is a shambles, unemployment is skyrocketing and tax revenue is plunging. One city in California has already gone bankrupt. Could the whole state be next? I certainly think so.

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger warned U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson in a letter emailed Thursday that the state might need an emergency federal loan of up to $7 billion within weeks, the Los Angeles Times reported Friday, citing a copy of the letter that the newspaper obtained.

California, among several states frozen out of the bond market by the credit crunch, is nearly out of cash to fund day-to-day government operations and can’t access routine short-term loans it relies on to remain solvent. If the state’s inability to access cash continues, Schwarzenegger aides say, payments to schools and other government entities in California could be suspended and state employees laid off.

There is a high chance a majority of the States within the United States of America could file for Chapter 9 bankruptcy. There is currently 46 states with high budget deficits, Arizona being one of them.

In fact, Jan Brewer, the newly appointed Governor of Arizona has a major crisis on her hands, one that Arizona and national media isn’t covering. The alarming news is the State of Arizona has 90 to 120 days before they completely run out of money. After that, all bills and tax refunds owed to the citizens will go unpaid.
