Dear Yuba County American
Independent Party members:
I just heard that
Sonia Sotomayor was confirmed to be the next
bogus Supreme Court Justice. I call
her bogus because you all know I do not
consider BarryO (aka Felon-in-Chief) to
be the President of the United States. If he cannot
prove his dad was NOT a foreign
national then he is NOT A NATURAL BORN
CITIZEN...therefore any acts he illegally performs
as President, those acts are not to be
considered lawful.
Having that said, it is
totally insane that such a radial misfit
as Sotomayor would be sworn in as a United
States Supreme Court Justice. During the past
month or so, advertisments were broadcasted
(allowed in very few markets)
complaining of her past known association with a
Puerto Rican terrorist group. Fox News was the
only news media outlet that offered the
information to their listeners. Listen to the
radio version of this scary
advertisement:

The New York Times explained
the background of this radio story that featured
Alan Colmes interviewing Curt Levey of the
Committee for Justice. The
interview discussed the organization's recent
ad likening Sonia Sotomayor to William Ayers and
claiming that she "led a group that
supported violent Puerto Rican
terrorists." Here is the New
York Times summary:
Mr. Levey acknowledged
that the ad presented a “caricature,” but it
defended it as “factually true.” He said it was a
reference to a 1990 controversy in New York City
surrounding a visit by Nelson Mandela, shortly
after the South African leader’s release from
nearly three decades in prison under white
Apartheid rule.
As he prepared for Mr.
Mandela’s visit, then-New York City Mayor David
Dinkins made headlines when he spoke critically
of Puerto
Rican separatists who, in 1954, had stormed the
United States House of Representatives and opened
fire, wounding five
Congressmen.
Three of those men, who
were later pardoned by President Jimmy Carter,
were scheduled to appear alongside Mr. Mandela at
a rally in Harlem. But Mr. Dinkins called them
“assassins” and said they should not be conflated
with Mr. Mandela’s cause.
In response, the
then-president of the Puerto Rican Legal Defense
and Education Fund, Ruben Franco, said Mr.
Dinkins’ comments lacked sensitivity and a sense
of history, according to a June 16, 1990, New York
Times article about the
incident.
“He doesn’t recognize that
to many people in Puerto Rico, these are fighters
for freedom and justice, for liberation, just as
is Nelson Mandela, who himself advocated bearing
arms,” Mr. Franco was quoted as
saying.
Mr. Levey argued that it
was accurate to accuse Judge Sonia Sotomayor of
“supporting violent terrorists” because
she was a member of the board of the legal defense
fund at the time that Mr. Franco made that remark.
The television version of
the ad is here:

Of course, the
Bilderberg-Puppet-Damage control units went into
action and denied that Sotomayor was
involved with radical terrorist groups.
Sotomayor came off looking squeaky clean just like
Ayers. Sotomayors has close connections with Bill
Gates which of course means she has in her corner:
George Soros, David Rockefeller, Ophra Winfrey,
Warren Buffett, and Michael Bloomberg and Ted
Turner. All mention of Sotomayors activities with
the radical terrorist groups like La Raza, MALDEF,
MECHA and even earlier the Puerto
Rican Legal Defense and Education
Fund have been sanitized by the
Chicago/Bilderberg/Soros crime machine.
Sotomayor would be the equalent
of a David Duke of the Aryan Nation.
This Senate confirmation is like confirming
David Duke to sit on the Supreme Court bench.
But leftist news media made it seem like
Sotomayor was above reproach.
One merely needs to google the
words LA RAZA+SOTOMAYOR to see how involved she is
with that secret combination.
What is noteworthy is that
Obama uses the motto of Cesar Chavez, ‘Si Se
Puede! This translates into English as: "YES WE
CAN."
I have been told by
many Latinos that the first part of the motto is
usually left off… ”Can
we takeover America…YES
WE
CAN!”
It is the rally cry
now for LA RAZA, MALDEF and especially
MECHA.
Soetoro (aka Obama
the Felon-in-Chief) was beholden to the illegal
aliens that have been registered to vote in
America. There are probably 10-20 million illegals
registered to vote. This is why most elections are
so close anymore...the Socialist Democrats have
tilted the vote in their favor. Obama won the vote
with the Hispanic illegals assistance, so a
Supreme Court Hispanic Justice was the
pay-back.
And too, George Soros
and his Open Society Foundation is openly pro-open
borders, pro-North American Union and pro-one
world domination.
And this was the last
nail in the coffin of Amerika. Now we have no
legal President, no legal Supreme Court and our
Congress is illegal now as well. All hope of
returning to a Constitutional Republic died
today.
But
regardless, get active in your local Tea Party
Protest. Make 'em loud, make 'em painful. As
I say, dig in your heels and go out screaming and
hollerin'!

Subject: Chris Simcox response to McCain on
Sotomayor
Here
are some reflections on my appearance on MSNBC-TV
yesterday to discuss Sen. John McCain's “No” vote
on Supreme Court nominee Sonja
Sotomayor.
Link
to MSNBC-TV interview on Aug 7th. Watch
I
agree with some political commentators who wrote
that McCain’s vote may have been an expedient
political maneuver because McCain is facing a
serious primary challenge. I am that challenge. So
I gladly awoke at 4:30 a.m. to support the notion
that McCain voted “No” in order to gain, or
better, to appease the so-called "conservative
Republican” votes over "Hispanic" votes in his
battle to be re-nominated in 2010.
My
point on MSNBC was based on what I believe, and
that’s this:
It’s a
shame that we still discuss politics in terms of
racial or ethnic demography. It’s Sonja
Sotomayor's association with overtly ethnic
supremacist organizations that represents a
problem. It should immediately disqualify her as a
Supreme Court nominee. Any judge, or law
enforcement agent, should be scrutinized closely
if they’ve associated with a group that uses
racial identification as their primary belief
system. Sotomayor'’s association with La Raza,
MALDEF, MECHA, et al., should immediately exclude
her, or anyone else, from ever being a judge, in
my opinion.
A
judge must apply the law consistently and
inclusively. Lady Justice is blind to any
ethnocentric-biased creed or value system based on
race or religion. A Supreme Court Justice’s job is
to protect American citizens by ensuring that the
laws and practices of the nation’s lower courts
remain in -line with the freedoms and liberties
claimed for all citizens in the Constitution, and
in its amendments.
In a
press release several weeks ago, I stated that I
would have made up my mind on Sotomayor early in
the confirmation process. What took McCain so
long? The fundamental issue is about protecting
the people, by way of our Constitution, and not
allowing one’s life experiences to be the lens
through which a judge makes decisions. To rule on
the basis of personal bias negatively affects the
lives of all our nation’s citizens – citizens
whose rights are all protected by our
Constitution.
It’s
time politicians stop making political
calculations about the percentage of ethnic voter
groups, and stop taking self-serving positions
based on racial, ethnic or religious
considerations, as I believe McCain
did.
I’m
running for the Senate as an independent
Republican. I’m not beholdening to, nor am I held
captive by, any party system. I am accountable to
all the people in Arizona, and first and foremost
I must follow the Constitution. I believe in the
Republican Party’s stated ideals and platforms,
many of which are being under-represented today in
Congress. These are the factors that will
influence my votes in the Senate.
For
liberty,
Chris
Simcox
