Dear Archivist Staff:

I am demanding to see the ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE of Barry Soetoro a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama. His 2007 laser certificate shown on the internet is bogus and does not prove his citizenship.

U.S.C. Title 44, Chapter 22:
§ 2202 Ownership of Presidential records
The United States shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records; and such records shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

The birth certificate of the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES is owned by the people of the United States. It is a historical document. Every citizen has the right to see such a historical document. However, Barry Soetoro a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama has ordered these records to be sealed.

As a member of the Citizen's American Grand Jury (twice) I am requesting that you subpoena this UNITED STATES property (birth certificate) from the Department of Health in Hawaii, the UNITED STATES property of the former passports used by Soetoro/Obama in his trips to Pakistan, Indonesia, and Kenya. The applications for passports are housed at the Secretary States Office. This will prove whether he traveled as a foreign national of another country or as a US Citizen.

As a member of the American Grand Jury I am requesting that you also subpoena the bogus DRAFT REGISTRATION records of Soetoro/Obama, and that you subpoena the dozens and dozens of felonious Social Security numbers that he has used in his lifetime.

It is your duty and obligation to have the above documents in the national archives if they do exist.

Please consider this an official complaint.
