Dear General Jones,

Hello my friend! This is just a note to let you know that I got your email stating your email to me was bouncing. I got this last notice but not the first original email. So perhaps it was a momentary clitch in the servers. It is hard to send out masses emails. Spam blockers and many of the big Internet providers automatically assume it is spam if they receive bulk emails from any given address. I started out with a political mailing list of 1000 and I am down to maybe a working list of 350 or so. But hopefully your server has not banned me and you will continue to receive my AIP Alerts.

While I have this note going out to you I’d like to commend you on your support of Dr. Orly Taitz in her unending search for a Judge to hear our case. She reminds me of Diogenes (of ancient Greece) who went out carrying a lantern in search of an honest man. In her case, she is searching for a HONEST JUDGE. (Did Diogenes ever find that "honest" man?)

And I would like you to  know that I was especially proud of you in February of this year when you were the first (or at least one of the first) military men to support our cause when we needed it most.  As you know, we who believe Soetoro is not a citizen have been ridiculed, jeered at, and mocked for nearly 11 months. As a veteran I am proud to stand by your side and carry on this fight that definitely threatens our Constitution.

There are however, a couple of questions I have and maybe you could answer them for me. Then maybe I can dispense the answers to my readers.

As you know, last week, Dr. Orly Taitz broke the story of Army Major Stefan Cook, who argued that he should not have to deploy to Afghanistan because Mr. Soetoro has not proven that he is a natural-born citizen, therefore he is unable to serve as Commander-In-Chief. The Army "hid their heads in the sand" and revoked his deployment!

This is something that has received less-than-mediocre coverage from the mainstream media.

However, the fact that the U.S. Army revoked the orders of a soldier about to be sent overseas based wholly upon such a claim is unprecedented.

The Department of Defense, the Secretary of Defense, and the White House have remained silent on this matter. My question to you, “What do you make of fact that this silence has been so deafening?”

If a soldier refuses a direct order, and the Army does nothing about it…does this mean that the rule of law has been set asunder? Is this the beginning of the end and everything around us is beginning to collapse, or is it just something less sinister? I mean, Major Cook was disobeying an order (to get into court) and the military ran away "with their tails between their legs!"

Where do you think this backing-down by the military and “revoking orders” and "hiding their heads in the sand" will lead? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on this matter. Will this set any new precedence?

"We the People of the United States of America" are entitled to know the legal qualifications of the President and Commander in Chief.  For the better good and National Security of "We the People of the United States" and for Absolute Command of the Military Forces of the United States, I whole heartedly support the efforts of Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ for taking legal action to determine whether or not Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, Citizen of Indonesia and possibly citizen of Kenya, is eligible to become President of the United States and Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces.
