I got a call from Mark Seidenberg the current Vice-Chair of the American Independent Party. He was Vice Chair during my term in 2006-2008. He wanted me to amend some of the information that I had written concerning the birth certificate of John McCain.

In my AIP Alert I stated that John McCain was not a Natural Born Citizen. I credited the information that I had from Mark. Mark had gone to Tijuana, Mexico and other spots to search out the REAL STORY. Mark had already told me most of what he reminded me Sunday night, but I had forgotten some of the story about what Mark had discovered.

First of all, Mark learned that no marriage certificate existed for John McCain's parents. They had gotten married in a Mexican bar called Ceasar's Bar and got an invalid marriage certificate. The Naturalization laws during 1936 stated that only a marriage conducted by the CIVIL REGISTRY would be recognized...so John McCain was born out of wedlock.

The second correction that Mark wanted me to make, was concerning my statement that John McCain was born in Colon, Panama not on the military base. The Naturalization laws at the time of his birth stated that any person born of a MOTHER who was a U.S. Citizen could pass on that citizenship only if she was a U.S. Employee or a Rail Road employee. (A father could not pass on US citizenship). On McCain's birth certificate it states her mother was a HOUSEWIFE and not an employee of any kind. Therefore she could not pass on US Citizenship to John.

So as the matter stands, John McCain is a citizen of Panama and not a citizen of the United States. Hence, we have a non-citizen as a U.S. Senator, and had a non-citizen running for President. The Senate passed a resolution saying McCain was a Natural Born Citizen, but a Senate RESOLUTION cannot trump the Constitution. (This Senate Resolution was co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama II.)

I would like to point out that the Republicans have been notorious for slipping non-citizen candidates on the voters. They first did it with Chester Arthur (21st President).

Arthur was a native citizen but he was not a Natural Born Citizen. This dogged him all his campaign and he burned all of his records at the end of his term. He did not want anyone to prove that his dad was not a citizen at his birth. I am wondering how many papers BarryO will shred or burn when he is forced/removed/impeached from office.

In addition, Mark also relayed other info regarding BarryO's grandfathers. One was arrested an imprisoned by the British for terrorism. He spent two years in prison, 1949-1951. His lawyer got him off by telling the prison officials that the grandfather was not a British subject but a subject of the Sultan of Zanibar. So he was released.

BarryO's father was also given BRITISH PROTECTED CITIZEN status as a citizen of Zanibar. And this is how BarryO's father came to Hawaii. Once he married Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, she got British Protected Citizen status as well and probably traveled on a British Passport. We don't know for sure...all Obama records are sealed from viewing.

It will eventually be proven that BarryO was born in Kenya and that the entire family played goosy-loosy with their American Citizenship and use it only when it suited their needs and whims.

God favors Natural Born Citizens for Presidents,<grin>
