Dear Governor Jesse Ventura,

I just viewed your YouTube video. I am sure that is your voice, even though there is no statement that it is you. However, I have heard your voice enough to make a good guess that "you" are narrating this video.

I am extremely surprised to discover that you are a birther. I, for one am proud to hold that label. I understand it puts me in the same category as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, Benjamin Franklin, and James Madison. I seem to get the impression that you are proud as well (after listening to your video below).

You claim in the above video that "...everytime I see him (Obama), every time I hear him, I am witnessing one of the greatest criminal acts ever committed against our Constitution." You use some pretty strong words!

I agree with you that Obama is a CRIMINAL. This is no longer a CIVIL matter. There has never been another Commander in Chief that has ever deliberately sealed all his records, or hid his birth certificate. There has never been another Commander of our militiary that has ever tried to change the country's constitutional beginnings, or surrounded himself with nothing but corrupt thugs and crooks. I cannot think of another Commander in Chief who has violated our constitutional laws on a daily basis and lied about his qualifications like Obama has. Court after court has turned down our pleas to be heard in open court...and every court has proven to be as corrupt as Obama.

We must do something about this. I am calling for you to stand with me and place OBAMA and his thugs under citizen's arrest. Last year I wanted to get 100 people together and descend on San Francisco and arrest Gavin Newsom. Mayor Newsom (S.F.) had decreed San Francisco to be a SANCTUARY CITY and illegal aliens were allowed to flood into the city from their Aztlan capitol (Los Angeles). Illegal aliens break Federal Laws by being here, but Mr. Newsom did not care. I wanted 100 citizens to join me. But I could not find 100 people brave enough to march on SF City Hall...

How about it... Are you brave enough to place Obama under citizen's arrest? Do you think you could convince 100 citizens that OBAMA must be stopped in his criminal acts? Let me know! Our SUPER GRAND JURIES have not worked, nor have our cases been heard in court. It is now time to get tougher. We need to arrest this con artist the next time Soetoro/Obama comes to California! (I am unsure what others states give their citizens the power of citizen's arrest other than North Carolina.)

California Penal Code

837.  A private person may arrest another:
   1. For a public offense committed or attempted in his presence.
   2. When the person arrested has committed a felony, although not in his presence.
   3. When a felony has been in fact committed, and he has reasonable cause for believing the person arrested to have committed it.

839.  Any person making an arrest may orally summon as many persons as he deems necessary to aid him therein.

841.  The person making the arrest must inform the person to be arrested of the intention to arrest him, of the cause of the arrest, and the authority to make it, except when the person making the arrest has reasonable cause to believe that the person to be arrested is actually engaged in the commission of or an attempt to commit an offense, or the person to be arrested is pursued immediately after its commission, or after an escape.
       The person making the arrest must, on request of the person he is arresting, inform the latter of the offense for which he is being arrested.
