Ellis,
I just got
off the phone with Alice. Alice said she was going
to meet with you in Washington D.C. and the two of
you would be going to meet with a certain
Congressman. She also told me that you that you
were filing a suit against Obama regarding his
non-natural born citizen status. She said you had
invited her to be on the suit (as a
plaintiff) with you.
I would
like to volunteer to be a plaintiff as well. I
have a new idea with a new twist...WILL
FUTURE CANDIDATES BE CONSTITUTIONALLY VALID
IF OBAMA CONTINUES TO FAIL TO PROVE HE IS A

Declaration of Edward C. Noonan
- My
name is Edward Clifford Noonan. I am over 18
years old, am of sound mind and free of any
mental disease or psychological impairment of
any kind or condition.
- I am a
citizen of the United States of
America, I am 60 years old
and I was born in the state of Arizona.
- I have
personal knowledge of the facts and
circumstances described herein below in this
declaration and will testify in open court to
all of the same.
- In August 2009 I was asked by the State
Party Chairman of the AMERICAN INDEPENDENT PARTY
(Markham Robinson) to run for the office of U.S.
SENATE for the State of California in
the upcoming 2010 Election.
- The
AMERICAN INDEPENDENT PARTY is currently suing
BARACK OBAMA for the failure of proving that he
is a natural born citizen. Our candidate for
President in 2008, Alan Keyes is a plaintiff in
this suit.
- When I win the office of
U.S. Senator I am certain that any bills or
legislation we passed would be invalid since the
U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 7
states:
- “…Every Bill which
shall have passed the House of Representatives
and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law,
be presented to the President of the United
States; if he approve he shall sign it, but if
not he shall return it, with his Objections to
that House in which it shall have originated,
who shall enter the Objections at large on their
Journal, and proceed to reconsider
it…”
- Obama can not be the President of
the United States if he is foreign
birth (Kenya) or if one of his parents
was NOT A US CITIZEN. If he is not a
natural born citizen he
is ineligible to hold the office of
president. Therefore none of the legislation
that I would be inclined
to pass (as a
Senator) would be valid.
- A legal ruling is needed to
determine that when I win my race and
I become a U.S. Senator, if this office would be
constitutionally valid under a false
and unqualified President.
- I declare, certify, verify, state, and
affirm under penalty of perjury under the laws
of the United States of
America that
the foregoing statements of fact and
descriptions of circumstances and events are
true and correct.
- I have not received any compensation for
making this affidavit.
