Even though I knew it was coming, I was disappointed that Federal Judge David O. Carter did not comply with his oath of office. He DISMISSED the case against the non-citizen Soetoro .This is the other that he is/was required to take:

US CONSTITUTION - Article VI
"...judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation.."

The Federal Code mandates what the oath for a Federal Judge to be...

"Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office:  “I, David O. Carter, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as Federal Judge under the Constitution and laws of the United States.  So help me God.”"
 
Judge Carter did not live up to his oath as mandated by Federal law. He stated in his DISMISSAL sermon:

 "Defendants argue that because the third party political candidates would have lost the election in any event, they have not been harmed by competing against a candidate who did not qualify."      

Basically, Carter spit on the rights of ALL THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES because, "in his mind" he accepted the OBAMA TEAM'S argument that since Third Parties are discriminated against by the Republicans and Democrats and are not given fair access to the election process, THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS IN COURT! He implies that only the ruling two parties are allowed access to the court system and HE RESPECTS only the might of the Mighty! He showed a favoritism for THE BIG MONEY PARTIES and did not show he was unbiased against third parties!

He further mocks Third Parties by saying:

And it is clear Judge Carter did not put the CONSTITUTION FIRST. His oath to "discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as Federal Judge under the Constitution..." was tainted by his fear that the case before his would permit THIRD PARTIES to "...effectively overthrow a sitting president who was popularly elected by “We the People”" even though that so-called President was unqualified, not a citizen and restricted by the Constution to be the Commander-in-Chief!

Carter further stated that:

"...Interpreting the Constitution is a serious and crucial task with which the federal courts of this nation have been entrusted under Article III. However, that very same Constitution puts limits on the reach of the federal courts." Yet he failed to prove that the Constitution would limit him from hearing a case against a FOREIGN CITIZEN (which Soetoro is) as Article III states every citizen has standing to do!

And even more shocking, Carter writes in his OPINION:

Page 2 - "Plaintiffs argue that despite the fact that President Obama has produced a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii, there is evidence to show that the President was actually born in Kenya, thus making him ineligible to be President. Plaintiffs also argue that, even if the President was a natural born citizen, he abandoned his citizenship while living in Indonesia and has not gone through the proper immigration procedures to regain his United States citizenship."   

It is totally unbelievable that so many corrupt judges in America acknowledge what the CAUSE OF ACTION is, but refuse to address the matter in court. It has been a series of DISMISSALS which have no basis in Constitutional law.

So while we are deciding what to do next, I offer the following two remedies. First of all, all citizens should sign the ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT against Soetoro/Obama. We have a right to do so as WE THE PEOPLE and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! SIGN AND PASS IT ALONG!

I agree with some of the COMMENTS which follows John's proposal. It should NOT be a MOCK trial. I agree that WE THE PEOPLE have the right to put SOETORO/OBAMA on trial. We have issued dozens of Indictments from Citizen Grand Juries as per the Constitution and none have been honored by the court system. We have the Constitutional right and DUTY to bring law-breakers to justice.
