Judge Jerome B. Simandle where he
granted the OBAMA TEAM a

I am
somewhat of a Constitutionalist and I am confused
about his claiming Article III states citizens
have NO STANDING regarding the case that was
before him. However, that is NOT what the
Constitution (Art III) says!
Article
III – Section 2:
“The
judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law
and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the
Laws of the United
States…
<snip> between a
State, or
the Citizens thereof, and foreign States,
Citizens or Subjects.”
The
Constitution clearly says that ALL CITIZENS
have standing to bring suits against foreign
States, Citizens or
Subjects!
Barry
Soetoro a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama is a foreign
citizen/subject.
I
believe Judge Simandle is mistaken in claiming you
and your clients HAVE NO STANDING, and that they
do not have jurisdiction in this matter. We have a
constitutional right to HAVE
STANDING AGAINST
FOREIGN SUBJECTS!
If
Mr. Soetoro claims HE IS NOT A FOREIGN SUBJECT, he
must Constitutionally prove his is NOT a foreign
citizen else he is liable for court action by ANY
CITIZEN! EVERY CITIZEN HAS
STANDING!
Judge
Simandle cannot TRUMP the Constitution with his
opinion.
