Re: Is Senator John McCain a Citizen of the United
States?
McCain is
not an issue for me since he is not prez; he is
a naturalized citizen and entitled to be
senator, even if he was born out of
wedlock. And given Obama's wrecking of
America, we shouldn't spend our capitol going
after McCain at this point. We can address
the Senate resolution (which I think is indeed
flawed) later but it's irrelevant at this
point.

My
Reply
My opinion
is slightly different. I don't believe the
Constitution has been in effect since the end of
Chester Arthur's term (21st President). He too was
not a Natural Born Citizen and was not eligible to
hold the office of the President. I do not believe
the two Supreme Court Justices that he appointed
were legal nor valid. I do not believe that any
bill he signed was valid nor any of the treaties
that were signed with his signature attached. All
in all, the United States of American became
invalid at the moment of his wearing in. It
was no longer a Constitutional
Republic.
The matter
cannot be solved by the Supreme Court, nor
Congress. They do not have any constitutional
authority to remedy this problem. Nor do the
States have constitutional authority to do
anything under THEIR constitutions. Only the
people can decided what to do. (See X
Amendment)
As
you saw in my post, I do not believe either
McCain nor Obama was a citizen of the United
States either. I do not agree with you that McCain
was a naturalized citizen. I explained to you that
he is a citizen of PANAMA and never has been a
citizen of the United States. Perhaps he could
have qualifed as a U.S. citizen for serving in the
US military, but he has never applied.
Yes, it is
important whether or not McCain is a citizen.
Everyday there are more and more pieces of
legislation that he votes on. For a couples of
years we had two such non-citizens voting in the
Senate, McCain and Obama. Everyone of their votes
have tainted the process...but yet does it
matter?
Chester
Arthur tainted the whole mess nearly 124 years
ago. As far as I am concerned nothing that the
Congress, Supreme Court or White House has done
has been valid up since his term in office. The
Federal Reserve System is invalid. Nor is the
Social Security system, the IRS, the FBI, the ATF
nor any of the other alphabet-soup of governmental
agencies constitutionally valid. Since the moment
we had a phony in office in 1885 and the mistake
wasn't corrected immediately it has gotten to the
point that nothing can undo the
damage.
This is
why nothing will be done by the "people in charge"
today. They know if they bring this out into
the open, everything will collapse in on
their heads. We will have to undo everything
Pelosi, Reid and Franks has done to prop up
Soetoro as their pretend leader. Then McCain will
be next and then perhaps Chester Arthur. It would
be a good way to dump the FEDERAL RESERVE because
it was the spawn after the seating of an
unqualified candidate, Arthur!
But I
don't think we'll get a chance to have our voices
heard. The paths to the truth have been closed to
us. The
rattlesnake is guarding the hen house. Hillary
Clinton stands guard over the passports that
Soetoro used as a high school student and
later as a college student. I am sure that Clinton
has sanitized the Secretary of State's office and
records. The Chicago crime machine seems to be in
charge of everything and especially the
judges.
Last year
WND.COM posted an article: "Is the Constitution
Dead." There is a quote there that seems to sum it
all up:
"It is perhaps jarring to consider the
possibility that constitutions are destined to
fail," the authors write. "After all, we are
indoctrinated from early childhood with the idea
that the Constitution is the font of our liberties
– even though Americans were free before it was
written. And it is to the U.S. Constitution that
every government official still swears his
fidelity. But when we look beyond the grand
rhetoric to the actual record, we must confront a
troubling conclusion: Once an institution obtains
supreme force, it is probably utopian to expect
its powers to remain limited over time –
especially when the one thing doing the limiting
is a document that is interpreted and enforced by
the very institution it is supposed to
refrain."

I
believe the only thing we can do at this point, is
to dig our heels in deeper and go out "screaming
and hollering." Sorry, but this is the way I
feel.
PS: Be sure to support your local Tea
Party. Ours is on August 28th. It will do a send
off of the caravan going back to Washington DC.
