Nationwide AMNESTY & ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
PROTEST is Saturday NOVEMBER 14, 2009. Currently
13 cities have signed up...MORE NEEDED! Every city
in America needs to demand SECURE BORDERS...the
North American Union is on it's way. We will lose
our Constitution, we will lose our Sovereignty.
(We will be just like the EUROPEAN UNION). The New
World Order wants it, WE DON'T!
I've
signed up to orgainze a Taxpayer Tea Party Against
Amnesty & Illegal Immigration protest in
SACRAMENTO. I propose it to be at the Cesar Chavez
Park at 10th and J Street - 12:00 - 3:00. J Street
is a busy downtown street with lots of traffic.

Supreme
Court seeks White House views
on
hiring undocumented
immigrants

challenge to an Arizona law that punishes companies
for hiring illegal aliens.

Does anyone else
believe that the Supreme Court is in the pocket of
George Soros (aka New World Order)? Why would the
Supreme Court consult the White House? Do the
Justices not know the Constitution mandates that
the CONGRESS make laws relating to the
NATURALIZATION of new citizens? It is CONGRESS
that needs to be consulted prior to ruling on
STATE LAWS not the White House!
Which leads to the
second point...where does the SUPREME COURT get
the authorization to interfere in State Laws
regarding state citizenship within their own
borders. The 14th Amendment might say what is
the rights of a U.S. citizens, but
in no way does it cover rights of ILLEGAL ALIENS
except to mandate that illegals be properly
prosecuted via due process.
14TH
AMENDMENT
Section 1. All persons
born or naturalized in the United States, and
subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens
of the United States and of the State wherein they
reside. No State shall make or enforce any
law which shall abridge the privileges or
immunities of citizens of the United
States; nor shall any State deprive any person
of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of
law; nor deny to any
person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws.
However, The California
Constitution follows the New
World Order/ United Nation's mandate
and not the US Constitution:
CALIFORNIA
CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE 1 DECLARATION OF
RIGHTS
SEC. 20.
Noncitizens have the same property rights as
citizens.
This is
almost the exact wordage of the United Nations
(NWO):
Universal Declaration of Human
Rights, G.A. res. 217A (III), U.N. Doc
A/810 at 71 (1948). (United
Nations)
Article 2
Everyone is entitled to all the rights
and freedoms set forth in this Declaration,
without distinction of any kind, such as race,
colour, sex, language, religion, political or
other opinion, national or social
origin, property,
birth or other
status.
Article 17
1. Everyone has
the right to own property alone as well as in
association with others.
2. No one
shall be arbitrarily deprived of his
property.
I suggest we repeal
the New World Order's insertion into our
California Constitution and get back to securing
our borders and securing our U. S. Constituion.
Apparently the Supreme Court does not
agree!
